Mounting block with bypass function without cutting device with sampling tap for softening systems. The mounting block is used as a combined connection fitting for softening systems. The mounting block can be installed vertically as well as horizontally. In addition, the flow direction can be used from right to left or from left to right. The mounting block only needs to be turned. The mounting block has three control valves. With the outer two, the inlet and outflow of the softener can be shut off, should the softener be removed for service purposes or the like. The middle valve serves as a bypass. In order for samples to be taken for the water hardness determination, the bypass line is provided with a withdrawal valve.
